Jinguan’s main types of smart parking system

There are 3 main types of smart parking system for our Jinguan company.

1.Lifting and Sliding Puzzle Parking System

Using a loading pallet or other loading device to lift,slide,and remove cars horizontally.

Features: simple structure and simple operation,high cost performance,low energy consumption, flexible configuration,strong site applicability,low civil engineering requirements,large or small scale,relatively low degree of automation.Due to the limitation of capacity and access time,the available parking scale is limited, generally no more than 7 layers.

Applicable scenario: applicable to the reconstruction of multiple-layer or plane parking lot. It is convenient to arrange in the basement of the building,residential area and open space of the yard, and can be arranged and combined according to the actual terrain.

2.Vertical Lift Parking System

(1)Comb Transportation:

Using a lift to lift the car to a designated level, and using a comb type switching mechanism to exchange the car between the lift and the parking space to access the parking system of the car.

Features: low energy consumption,high access efficiency,high degree of intelligence,small floor area,large space utilization rate,small environmental impact and easy to coordinate with the surrounding landscape,moderate average berth cost,suitable construction scale,generally 8-15 layers.

Applicable scenario: applicable to the highly prosperous urban center area or the gathering point for centralized parking of cars. It is not only used for parking but also can form a landscape urban building.

(2)Pallet Transportation:

Using a lift, like a elevator, to lift a car to a designated level and using an access switch to push and pull a carriage plate to access the car

Features: low energy consumption,high access efficiency,high degree of intelligence,minimum floor area,maximum space utilization,small environmental impact,greatly saving urban land,and easy to coordinate the surrounding landscape.It has high requirements for foundation and fire protection, high average cost of berths, and general construction scale of 15-25 layers

Applicable scenario: applicable to the highly prosperous urban center area or the gathering point for centralized parking of vehicles. It is not only used for parking, but also can form a landscape urban building.

3.Simple Lifting Parking System

Storing or removing car by lifting or pitching

Features: simple structure and simple operation,low degree of automation.Generally no more than 3 layers.Can be built on the ground or semi underground

Applicable scenario: applicable to private garage or small parking lot in residential area, enterprises and institutions.
