Recently, our business partners from Mongolia paid an on-site visit to Jiangsu Jinguan Parking Industry Co., Ltd. Our sales and technical teams accompanied them throughout the whole tour.
We first took our guests to the prototype display area, where they got a close look at core mechanical parts, drive components and full-size parking prototypes. They carefully checked our main product lines including rotary, lifting-sliding and simple lifting parking systems, asking detailed questions about structural design, operating logic, load capacity and daily maintenance convenience.
Afterwards, everyone put on safety helmets and headed to our standardized production workshop. Walking through fully automated production lines for steel cutting, welding and complete machine assembly, the clients got a clear view of our self-contained production system, mature craftsmanship and strict full-process quality control. With over 20 years of experience in the mechanical parking sector, Jinguan runs our own manufacturing plant, full testing equipment and an in-house R&D team. We independently produce everything from metal structural parts to electrical control units, delivering parking equipment with outstanding stability and longer service life compared to industry averages.
During talks, we mainly focused on the harsh local operating conditions in Mongolia. The country features vast land and extremely long, freezing winters, with temperatures dropping as low as -40°C in many areas. Such bitter cold easily leads to steel embrittlement, electrical component failures and jamming of transmission parts. Besides, available land for construction is quite limited in urban zones, so the clients prioritized reliable performance under frigid weather and high space utilization rate.
Drawing on our rich experience delivering projects worldwide, our technical specialists explained that Jinguan can create fully customized parking solutions tailored to Mongolia’s climate, site dimensions and parking volume demands. Our custom designs maximize parking spaces even on compact land plots to fit local practical needs perfectly.
The whole conversation went very smoothly and pleasantly. Our Mongolian clients spoke highly of our full-range manufacturing capacity, specialized R&D for cold-resistant equipment, and comprehensive after-sales support for overseas markets. We shared extensive ideas on local project rollout, equipment customization, long-term maintenance and cross-border technical support, reaching a preliminary cooperation agreement. This visit lays a solid foundation for our joint efforts to expand the mechanical parking market across Mongolia.
